As your business develops and grows, so does the need for impressive marketing pieces that support it.

All of your printed, collateral marketing material must be targeted and focused on a specific audience. If it is not, it will have no appeal to your prospect or potential customer. Your company success depends in part upon how well you communicate information. This, in turn, may depend upon how well you prepare collateral items, ranging from company and product fact sheets, banners or even full blown outside billboards.

Depending on what you are starting with, whether it is an initial identity campaign or a comprehensive campaign, you will often find out for yourself, or we might recommend that supporting pieces be included in your plan. Good campaigns evolve over time, and our versatility allows us to apply our same unique approach to any additional project pieces or project you choose to start or add.

A beautifully designed website or brochure, with lousy content, is like a poorly written book, with a nice cover, that nobody will read. SEO focuses on just how prominent a given website is within the search results that are acquired by individuals when they are looking online for a given product or service.

Whether you need a large-scale ad or identity campaign, a simple brochure, or a full combination of many project pieces in different media forms, it is the content that often makes or breaks the success of the project. We offer award winning, all media content writing and full editorial services. We also offers expert, all media translation and interpretation in 35 languages!

We can help with:

Search Engine Marketing & Social Networks

What Is Search Engine Marketing?

Search engine marketing, or SEM, is a form of Internet marketing that seeks to promote websites by increasing their visibility in search engine result pages (SERPs) through the use of search engine optimization, paid placement, contextual advertising, social networks and paid inclusion.

Why Is Search Engine Marketing Necessary?

With numbers of site and user growing, the only way to maximize your web presence is to incorporate a successful Search Engine Marketing strategy. Not having an SEM strategy is akin to opening a business with no doors, windows, phone, fax, or any other method of communication and expect to stay in business.

We work to find the best solution for our clients we start by gaining a in depth understanding of their business model, target markets, and overall strategy and develop a concise detailed on-line strategy geared towards their consistent growth. We take our clients current data, keywords, PPC campaigns, web site construction and coding, and cross reference them and ,together with the right content and business development and marketing we create a unique and customized strategy.

Our approach is comprised of 3 fundamental categories:

  • Paid Search Optimization – GOAL: Lower your cost of acquisition while maintaining and usually improving, your average ad position by filtering to the proper keywords.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization  – GOAL:  Reduce cost per acquisition without sacrificing volume. We can optimize your conversion rate which helps you sell more at lower costs by increasing the percentage of qualified visitors to your site resulting in higher purchases, revenue, and margin.
  • Increase Organic Listings  – GOAL: Increase the number of organic listings.
  • position/rank. We utilize industry best practices coupled with a precise marketing strategy, to create comprehensive keyword listings to drive “free sales” to site.

Consumer Out Reach

Ideal Media Production is driven by a supreme entrepreneurial spirit, with the goal of participating in the elevation and positioning of successful communication and business solutions, our efforts are aimed at helping the small company reach the next level, and guide the mid-size company in securing its future stake.

The Situation

In the United States today, consumers are indeed inundated by literally billions of “messages.” Moreover, with the expanding globalization of business models, the questions are:

  • Exactly how does your organization reach its market of interest?
  • What defines a market that would embrace your organization’s offering?
  • Is there a behavior element to the interaction of that market?

The answer? By exploring the interaction of a brand, message, and the value to the consumer, it is possible to develop a composite approach to the market allowing your organization to yield a much richer return on its communication endeavor to its market of interest. The size, viability and make-up of your offering define the success of your organizations offering. Which in turn well be, dictated by how you interact with the real human sensitivities that drive consumer communication.

Hybrid Markets

A strategy needs to accomplish its goal, but with a real return on both investment and initiative. This is true in any market and with any type of consumer or corporate communication goal, no matter where the impulse to buy begins. Your organization will always need to facilitate discovery by speaking directly to the fit or relationship between your product or service and the value your customers are seeking. Once you have their attention, you can move them to the next phase of the experience and engagement process.

Cultural-Marketing and Cross Marketing Strategies

It is very important to understand that, in a marketing environment that is defined by rich cultures that have found strong roots in the United States, that a neutral approach is required. This is true when communicating with a Spanish-speaking audience, which unlike other demographics, is divided by dialects and other attributes. However, united by values that are front and center to the Spanish-American audience, reaching out to this audience with the right strategy will secure consumer loyalty and respect.

Healthcare Communication

Building relationships with patients is what we do. We do it because we believe that every healthcare client (private practice and community health programs) should have a knowledgeable content development partner. Specifically, a partner who get up-to-speed quickly without steep learning curves, to supplement in-house expertise or provide guidance.

Healthcare Communication

We support our clients’ goals with services that complement their marketing strategies, content development and brand positioning needs. We know the requirements of their business and their audiences, so we execute marketing programs and content development projects that communicate at that level, and in the language; of healthcare professionals, patients.

Sales Channel/ Distribution Development

I just designed a product, and the first batch is being manufactured. It is a great product, but I am struggling to place it with individual retailers. Should I focus on placing it with a distributor instead?

Ideal Media can Help you answer that question…

There are three basic ways to sell your Product or Service:

  • Sell directly to customers via your website
Sell to retail stores, which then sell to customers
Sell to a distributor, which sells to retail stores that then sell to customers

Establishing a website is a given–if only for marketing reasons–but you should also try to make some sales. (Unless your agreement with retailers or distributors prohibits it, why not?)

Selling directly to retail  should also be a given. Even if your ultimate goal is to land with a distributor channels , unless your product is truly groundbreaking, and obviously so, you’ll need some sort of track record to show a distributor you’re worth taking a chance on.

Selling straight to retailers or an account at a time depending on the industry. One, it’s incredibly time consuming. Two, the average retail store–especially a store run by its owner and not part of a chain–isn’t interested in setting up individual deals with dozens of manufacturers. They like working with distributors, because it’s one-stop shopping: one catalog, one invoice, and one check to write. They don’t want to make dozens of calls and deal with dozens of salespeople.

What a Distributor Wants to Know

So landing a distributor could be the way to go. Just keep in mind their interests are different from those of a retail store. A distributor is mostly concerned about:

  • The level of profit they can make on your product
The cost of stocking and fulfilling your product
    Whether your product is scalable
    Whether you sell multiple products

The reasoning behind the first two points is obvious. Retailer or distributor, profits and costs are paramount.

Scalability is especially important if your product is relatively inexpensive. Say you plan to retail your cool new tool for $25, and the price you plan to charge retailers is $15. You’ll need to charge the distributor even less so they can make money–say $12 or $10 or even less. A distributor that can only make $3 to $5 per sale will need to sell a ton of your tools to make their effort worthwhile.

Your ability to supply multiple products is also important, because distributors care about administrative costs. Distributors like to sell multiple products from individual suppliers for the same reasons retailers like to buy from distributors instead of from dozens of individual suppliers.

  • How much profit can be made off the product–both per unit and in total?
Can  a better profit selling this product compared with selling a similar product?
Will his marketing efforts help drive our sales?
What inventory levels will we need to maintain?
How will stocking and fulfilling his product affect our cost of distribution?
Are customers asking for a product like this? Does it serve a need our retailers have already identified?
Does he have other products we can sell? Or will he probably have other products we can sell?

The key is to remember that distributors evaluate your product using criteria different from your eventual customers’. No matter how exciting or innovative the product is, if your company will be a pain to deal with and, more important, the distributor can’t make a profit, they won’t buy from you.

Ideal Media can position, package your product, the right branding strategy and the better distribution arrangement.  Want to talk and get more information? reach out to us! at
